Contact can either be made by phone 1 300 308 872 or email for advice or to register. Alternatively, a Parent Registration form (Adobe Acrobat required) can be completed and faxed or posted to the office, this includes our terms and conditions.

Refining Your Needs
Once your registration form has been received your Tinies consultant will contact you to run through your specific requirements and compile any additional information necessary to match your individual needs to our candidates.

Information You Receive
Your Tinies consultant will be in touch to put forward various candidates and discuss which ones you would like to take forward to interview. No nannies will be put forward unless they have been interviewed by Tinies and their employment and education references have been thoroughly checked including the Dept. of Courts and Police checks. If you do decide to interview, you will receive a full CV and confirmation of the checks and references undertaken.
Tinies will also provide a Parent and Nanny Responsibilities sheet and a Guide to Interviewing.

Final Selection
Once you have found a candidate who not only fulfils your requirements but is also keen to work for you, a contract will need to be drawn up between you and the nanny. Tinies provides a standard form contract, which we recommend you use and we will be happy to advise on the contract as necessary. Tinies will also advise you on procedures for reviews, tax, pay structures, insurance and holidays.

Placement Fee and Tinies Guarantee
Once the booking has been confirmed a fee is payable. The fee covers the placing of a candidate and includes a guaranteed replacement should the candidate not work out. Tinies is one of the few agencies to offer a full refund should the placement not work out. For further information refer to our terms and conditions.

Your Nanny starts work!

After Care Service
Usually, because of the selection process, the candidate selected is the right one. However, occasionally things do not work out as planned. Your Tinies consultant will stay in touch to help the nanny settle down, by, for example, putting her in touch with other nannies in the area.
